ROOM HIRE
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that upon hiring a room at The Hasbury Club, you agree to the following:​

  1. Room hire is for a minimum of four (4) hours

  2. No table confetti

  3. No confetti balloons

  4. No party poppers / canons

  5. Balloons and banners permitted

  6. Please refrain from sticking banners / balloons to the walls

  7. No glasses to be taken outside

  8. Reasonable amplification permitted but the club reserve the right to have excessive volume reduced

  9. Bar opens from 7pm (dependent on function)

  10. Last orders 11:15pm (dependent on function)

  11. Bar closes 11:30 (dependent on function)

  12. Room to be vacated by 12:00am

  13. No smoking / vaping inside

  14. No outside drinks are to be brought onto site without prior permission from the management

  15. You (the hirer) are responsible for your guests

  16. The Hasbury Club will not be responsible for the loss or damage by persons using the club premises

  17. A 'clean up' fee may be charged if any damages or professional cleaning is required

  18. In the event of cancellation of reservation, the deposit is not repayable​

Any breach of the above terms & conditions may result in individuals attending your event ejected from the premises and / or the event being cancelled outright.

As part of the room hire process, The Hasbury Club will provide a hard copy of the above for the hirer to sign and return.
